a. Prop./Partnership/Corporate bodies are eligible.

Urban and semi urban places proximate to ports, railway stations and industrial estates.

Purpose

Construction of godown building, purchase of land on merits, purchase of equipments such as overhead cranes, fork lifts, weighing machines, cold storage facilities.

33 1/3 % (minimum)

Repayment Period

Maximum of 9 years including moratorium upto 2 years.
