A. GST has to be collected in addition to the above applicable rate.
B. Investigation fees mentioned above shall be collected in two stages under the head of Registration fee and Investigation Fee as detailed below:
| for BSC/RLSC proposals | Rs.10,000/- for both TL and TPT Loan |
| for EC/Board proposals | Rs.50,000/- |
C. The initial fees paid at the time of submission/registration of application will not be refunded.
D. No refund of investigation fee will be considered for those cases where 50% concession in payment of investigation fee is extended.
E. The balance investigation fee paid as second instalment shall be considered for refund at the rate of 50% on balance fees paid if the applicant withdraws the proposal before sanction.
1. PROCESSING FEES FOR TANGEDCO/TANTRANSCO/TWAD/GCC/CMWSSB
A) Non refundable Registration fee of Rs.5000 + GST as applicable for the BFS limit upto Rs.100 lakhs.
B) Non refundable Registration fee of Rs.10000 + GST as applicable for the BFS limit over and above Rs.100.00 lakhs.
2. BALANCE PROCESSING FEES TO BE COLLECTED BEFORE PLACING THE PROPOSAL TO THE RESPECTIVE SANCTIONING AUTHORITY
