| Objective | To provide warehouse/storage facility predominantly for storing goods manufactured by SSI units thereby providing necessary infrastructural facility to this sector including open stockyards, container parks, etc. |
| Eligibility |
a. Prop./Partnership/Corporate bodies are eligible. Urban and semi urban places proximate to ports, railway stations and industrial estates. |
| Purpose | Construction of godown building, purchase of land on merits, purchase of equipments such as overhead cranes, fork lifts, weighing machines, cold storage facilities. |
| Project Cost | Need based |
| Maximum Loan | Rs. 250 Lakh |
| Promoter’s Contribution | 33 1/3 % (minimum) |
| Repayment Period | Maximum of 9 years including moratorium upto 2 years. |
| Collateral Security | As applicable for regular term loan. |
